1. Introduction

Welcome to Alfa Horizon. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including course registrations, examinations, online and in-person training programs, and related activities. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Registration and Fees

2.1 Part 66 Examination Fees

• • Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of 500 SAR is required upon completing the registration for the Part 66 examination.
  • Examination Fee: The examination fee must be paid in full at the time of registration.

2.2 Other Courses

• Course Fees: All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Part 66 Examination

• Cancellation More Than One Week Before Exam Date: If an applicant cancels their exam more than one week prior to the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total exam fee will be applied.
• Cancellation Less Than One Week Before Exam Date: If an applicant cancels their exam less than one week before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total exam fee will be applied, as the seat has already been reserved.

3.2 Other Courses

• Cancellation Policy: For all other courses offered by Alfa Horizon, a uniform cancellation fee of 20% of the total course fee will be applied, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Part 66 Examination: Requests to reschedule the Part 66 examination must be made at least one week before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made less than one week before the exam date will be treated as cancellations and subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
• Other Courses: Rescheduling requests for other courses will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Alfa Horizon reserves the right to apply a rescheduling fee or treat the request as a cancellation, depending on the circumstances.

5. Online Courses and Attendance Requirements

• Online Course Availability: Alfa Horizon offers certain courses in an online format. Participants enrolling in online courses are required to meet all specified attendance and participation criteria.
• Attendance Policy: Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions. Participants must log in using their registered credentials and actively engage with the training.
• Face Recording Requirement: For verification purposes, Alfa Horizon requires face recording during online courses and examinations. This ensures compliance with regulatory standards and academic integrity. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification from the course or examination without refund.

6. Conduct and Behavior

All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during both in-person and online courses and examinations. Alfa Horizon reserves the right to dismiss any participant exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

7. Liability

Alfa Horizon is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises. Participants are advised to take care of their personal items. Additionally, Alfa Horizon is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side during online courses, including internet connectivity problems or software malfunctions.

8. Amendments

Alfa Horizon reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
